Shipping & Return Policy: All shells, sealife, jewelry & home decor sold at Scarborough Seashells are of the highest quality. We want you to be happy with your purchases, if something needs our attention, please, let us know!
All items sold at Scarborough Seashells are in stock at the time of purchase. Due to the fragile nature of our products, on a rare occasion, a piece may become damaged. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements for a substitute or a full refund.
We will happily accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If a suitable replacement cannot be made, we will refund your purchase price and original shipping costs.
We are sorry, but return shipping fees and insurance (if you opt to purchase it) are non-refundable.
All refunds will be given in the form of original payment.
To make a return or exchange, you must contact us prior to sending your item(s) back.
All returns must be in original condition/include original retail packaging where applicable. Please include your transaction number with your return to expedite the refund/exchange process.
We ship Monday through Friday. All items will ship within 48 hours of payment. All items paid for before 5pm ET will ship the next business day. (Friday payments received after 8am ET will ship the following Monday) We ship via USPS for most items. Some heavier items may ship via UPS Ground to save you money. Shipping method will be indicated via email correspondence.
